TeacherIn enjoys success at Bett 2017 Awards!

We are absolutely thrilled to have won the ICT Innovator of the Year award at Bett 2017. Globally recognised, the Bett Awards are something of a big deal in EdTech and indeed in the Education sector.  For us, we’re so proud to have won (and bursting with excitement as if you can’t tell that already), for so many reasons.  For one it means that educational peers believe as much as we do that within a time of teacher recruitment crisis, not only is it time for change but that our product is a solution that can help.  Designed to positively impact schools and supply teachers, one of our core aims has always been to remove the headache of recruitment whilst saving valuable time and money.  The esteemed educationalist judging panel and Patrick Hayes, Director of BESA, have passed comment on our win including our innovation, as well as the ease of use of the TeacherIn solution.  Thank you.

Another reason we’re so proud is that our users (part of the entry process involves providing references and testimonials), are clearly seeing benefit from the TeacherIn solution and were more than happy to share that with the judges.  Thank you to all of our users especially our early adopters.

In addition, another reason we’re so proud is that we have a great team of people behind TeacherIn and this award is credit to them all, and something which we hope they will all cherish.  Thanks guys!

As if that weren’t enough, we received the Highly Commended award for EdTech Start Up Company of the Year, also a great achievement and further recognition for the TeacherIn solution.  Our congratulations go to Pi-Top who won the EdTech Start Up award, and indeed to all of the other award winners.

Based in the Microsoft Partner Village (stand C300), we spent a great first day talking to people about how TeacherIn could benefit their school.  Then we had a great evening at the awards so how was our first day at TeacherIn’s first ever Bett Show? – one word: “WOW!”

We’d love to share why we’ve been recognised as innovators so if you are attending Bett this week, please to come along and see us.  Alternatively, contact info@teacherin.co.uk and one of our team will be in touch.
